Refund Policy – Lumera Spa
At Lumera Spa, our goal is to provide exceptional care and treatments that enhance your confidence and well-being. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.
1. Treatments & Services
All treatments and service sales are final.
Refunds are not issued for completed services, even if the desired outcome is not achieved.
Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results, and outcomes vary by individual.
2. Prepaid Packages & Deposits
Prepaid packages and deposits are non-refundable.
In certain cases, prepaid amounts may be applied toward alternative treatments at the discretion of management.
Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise specified.
3. Retail Products
Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if they are:
Unopened
Unused
In their original packaging
Opened or used products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of deposit or a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged in full for the missed service.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
They may only be used toward treatments or products at Amos MedSpa.
6. Adverse Reactions
While we take every precaution to ensure safe treatments, clients are responsible for following pre- and post-care instructions.
Refunds will not be issued for adverse reactions unless directly resulting from provider error.
By booking an appointment or purchasing a package at Lumera Spa, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
